The creativity within the sneaker community is both inspiring and abundant. It’s no wonder that brands often times look to these artists to spread the message of community through the power of footwear or to put their own twist on classic silhouettes. Nike, through their latest collaboration, is getting in on the action.

Berlin-based artist Ruohan Wang is known for her signature asymmetrical, multi-colored illustrations and now, she’s translating that into a more wearable form. The Nike Ruohan Wang Pack takes 3 timeless silhouettes – the Air Max 90, the Air Force 1, and Blazer Mid ’77 – and reimagines them with expressive imagery for an all-over creative aesthetic. Each style’s upper is made of Flyleather, a sustainable material made with at least 50% recycled leather fiber. Elsewhere, the toungue tags, heel tabs, and insoles are all covered in the same illustrations seen on the upper of each style. Each pair also comes in a special edition box covered in colorful graphics and includes alternate, accented laces.

The Nike Ruohan Wang Pack is an example of how the classics can be reimagined to keep things interesting. The Air Max 90, Air Force 1, and Blazer Mid ’77 are all set to drop with a price tag of $130, $100 and $110 USD, respectively.
