Vans has been about unleashing the artistic spirit within the consumer for years. They have designed shoes that are meant to serve as a blank canvas for our creative expression and, if you’re not into the whole DIY thing, they’ve also provided us with some dope options to showcase some of our favorite things, sneaker related or otherwise. Their latest collaboration with The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) plays on their shared passion for inspiring individual expression around the world and showcases some of the most iconic artists in history

The Vans x MoMA Collection was created with the goal of engaging a broader audience with modern art and to spark creative expression and engage children with art. The first drop is set to include a 10-piece collection of MoMA branded apparel and footwear that plays of the classic checkerboard print we have all come to know and love. The first drop will also include apparel and accessories inspired by 3 iconic works: ‘The Persistence of. Memory 1931’ by Salvador Dalí, ‘Orange 1923’ by Vasily Kandinsky and ‘Water Lilies 1914-1926’ by Claude Monet.

The Vans x MoMA Collection is set to drop on 9/30 via our SHOP THE COLLECTION button below, Vans retail, MoMA Design Store locations, store.moma.org, and select retail locations where Vans are sold.
