It was a year ago that sneaker icon Converse collaborated with Chinese-born, London-based designer Feng Chen Wang. The breakout silhouette took the classic Chuck 70 and gave it a modern look. This next drop aims to do the same and shows that classics are never boring.
The Converse x Feng Chen Wang 2-in-1 Chuck 70 takes the 2-in-1 Chuck 70 iteration released last year and adds a little extra spice to the new silhouette. The unique execution portrays two sneakers converging into one cohesive style for the 2-in-1 look. A vivid graphic on the shoe’s leather upper creates the illusion of it being sealed in concrete. Feng Chen Wang’s disruptive interpretation takes on the iconic Chuck 70 and breathes new life into it to create a shoe that is bolder than ever.
