Vans was one of the originators that propelled some of us right into the sneaker game (even before we knew we loved kicks). They gave young kids a reason to flex at the skate park with classic silhouettes that have aged with beauty. Sneakers continue to sit at the forefront of creating community, and as we gear up to celebrate Pride Month in June, Vans is also giving back. With Vans’ Pride Month 2021 Collection of footwear and apparel, the California brand is donating 200K between four LGBTQ+ organizations.

The Vans Pride Month 2021 Collection features a handful of timeless faves. From the Slip-on, Era, Old Skool Platform, and Sk8-Mid - the uppers are adorned with a colorful aesthetic to pay tribute to Pride. Colorful patterns and patchwork motifs add to celebration of self-expression. The makeover reimagines some of the most popular Vans pairs and adds in the new UltraRange EXO model. The collection also includes apparel like shorts, tees, socks and other accessories. What we love about this capsule is the giveback component. Vans is splitting the large donation between GLSEN, Casa 1, Where Love is Illegal (Vans Europe), and Tokyo Rainbow Pride (Vans Asia-Pacific).
