We’ll call this one the ultimate “mom shoe”, but make it cute. The 25-year-old model of the Nike Air Max 96 II is making its way back to headlines with another colorway just for the ladies. After the official comeback of the silhouette was released back in April, it went extremely quiet. Until the “Mystic Teal” Anniversary pair was announced and brought back excitement with new colorways that highlighted the forgotten design. For this release, we’re getting a light purple mesh just in time before the summer ends. 

The Nike Air Max 96 II brings back the sporty aesthetic with a throwback track look that was imagined by iconic Nike designer, Sergio Lorenzo. The silhouette screams the 90’s with its chunky midsole and upper arrangement. This release features a predominantly white overlay with a light purple mesh base and a hint of faded yellow around the swoosh. It also features light purple Airbags, 3M reflective overlays, and a rubber outsole in pink, purple, and black to finish it all off.
