Shop The Style: Nike Chicago Training Session #4, Push Yourself
Never thought I would get to the point where the workouts were fun but tough and that’s what Session #4 brought on. Last week, I said it was all about strength but this time we had to prove it. We incorporated a few new things into our workout this week that included a box jump that actually had me shook at first. Some of the girls even challenged themselves a little bit more than usual and it was pretty cool to see them set the goal and kill it. You can shop our looks from Session #3 below.

We are entering the last week of our journey and I can’t wait to share with you guys my inner thoughts from these past sessions. I’ll be recapping my first week to the last and proving to you guys that we all can do it.
