The Nike x Undefeated Air Max 97 Just Got Even Better
When we first set our sights upon the UNDFTD Air Max 97, jaws dropped and more than a few of our CNK crew issued a slow clap. In recent weeks, speculation has been swirling with regards to it's release and now it's pretty palpable thanks to the revelation that UNDFTD has not one, but two colorways of the Air Max 97 releasing this month. A few days ago, the e-streets went a little cuckoo when a white colorway that features the same red/green stripe detailing and UNDFTD branding was revealed. Basically, SLOW CLAP
Our guess is that this black pair will be releasing in wider quantities - given the official images from Nike which indicate that we’ll see this one up on the SNKRS app. According to SneakerNews, the black Nike Air Max 97 UNDFTD colorway is dropping on September 21, 2017 and will be available for a pretty reasonable $180 USD. That $180 is clutch compared to the potential resale markup we’ll see when these babies hit Ebay. It is not clear, however, whether this is a worldwide release date or strictly a Euro drop.
