Following a year of chunky sneakers, 2019 seems to be the year of slimming down those bulky silhouettes from Adidas. With new additions like the Hypersleek and Sleek sneakHERs, we can only guess that this is the start of a new design era. Keeping with that same idea of blending chunky elements with a sleeker aesthetic, the Nite Jogger made a newly designed return to the Three Stripes. Taking cues from the 1976 Nite Jogger and trends of today, the 2019 model is very retro-meets-contemporary.

With a mix of premium materials, reflective panels, and that super comfy Boost midsole, it’s no surprise these kicks have been flying off the shelves. The upper of the sneaker utilizes mesh, suede, coated nylon, and an exposed foam tongue that gives that modern deconstructed look. Those eye-catching reflective panels are strategically placed along the heel cap, three stripes and toe box. Hits of orange and blue are seen throughout that give a nod to the original 70s Nite Jogger.

The Adidas Nite Jogger is available now for $150 USD. Are you a fan of this retro-inspired runner? If so, you can SHOP THE SNEAKS below!
