Last week, we were inquiring about a possible collab between streetwear queen, Aleali May, and Nike Sportswear. While we now know this dream collab isn’t happening, Nike Sportswear is releasing a collection just as exciting. The new collection, Nike Sport Pack, is old meets new in the most progressive and dynamic way. Nike Sport Pack features unique fabrics and prints that disrupt the norm of classic sportwear and creates a new avenue of self-expression. One of the core objectives of this collection was to create a grab-and-go feel that would allow for an endless number of personal expressions. While discussing the new collection, Senior Design Director, Ricky Hendry, explains:

Nike Sport Pack is an entirely new collection that draws from the energy and emotion of sport, while providing a bold new expression for Nike
— Nike

The new collection includes a range of pieces, from crop tops to tech skirts and woven pants. These pieces allow you to mix and match your looks to your own liking. This lets you effortlessly explore all the facets of your #sneakHERstyle. Take a look at the star-studded campaign above! One of the standout features in this collection is the visible manipulation of the Nike logo.

The block logo represents the disruptive nature of the Nike Sport Pack collection, and for the first time distorts the NSW Futura logo, which offers a new direction for Nike Sportswear apparel

This collection brings something new and exciting to the swoosh. Nike often digs in their archives for inspiration in a way that is completely unique to them and this collection further proves this. The collection dropped in the Greater China area on August 1st and will have a global release on August 16th. However, we have spotted a few items already available online with prices starting at $35 USD. If you’re loving this new collection just as much as we are, you can SHOP THE COLLECTION below on release day.

Until the full release…
