About two years ago we visited the Nike Brahaus for a quick workout and custom bra fitting. This time around, we nixed the workout (shout out to the opportunity to keep my edges in tact, btw) and instead, got a chance to speak candidly with the designers who are creating the best experiences possible for our tatas. The sportsbra that we all love continues to keep it tech and fashion-forward simultaneously. The Brahaus at Just Do It HQ in Chicago this past week served as the hub for a 1-on-1 fit session, bra customization, post-workout hair styling and DIY inspirational jewelry. We had a chance to preview the space before it officially opened to the public and we also got a chance to get our own bra customized! W-I-N.

Keep reading for a glimpse inside the experience.

During our time at the Just Do It HQ in Chicago, we got a chance to make a custom bra with fonts and designs by local Chicago artists. We also got a chance to chat with Nicole Rendone who is the Design Director of Bras and Innovation at Nike. Nicole gave us a ton of insight into the details that go into her bra designs. Hint: fashion is key.

"I love fashion. So to me every piece you put on is for style and fashion and making you feel and look amazing but in sport what we really need is function. So, we meet with athletes and consumers and people who workout all over the world and really find what they are looking for and what their problems are. I love designing into those things."

Even though Brahaus has come to an end, it's not over yet for the 'Just Do It' HQ. With the Chicago Marathon approaching in 3 weeks, 'Just Do It' HQ will serve as a place of inspiration and empowerment to female athletes in the city to help as they get ready to cross that finish line.

You can join in on the fun at the Just Do It HQ for new experiences, services and product launches every week. Be sure to don’t miss the launch of the 2018 Bank of America Chicago Marathon Collection, beginning on 9.12.
