SneakHER Style: Gigi Hadid in DVF, Lucy Paris x adidas Originals
With NYFW taking over the streets of NYC, it could have been very easy for some of our favorite sneaker-loving ladies to get lost in the shuffle. Lucky for us, Gigi Hadid and her impeccable sense of style didn't skip a beat as she walked through Manhattan in adidas Originals Superstar Sneakers, a Diane von Furstenberg Secret Agent Leather and Croc Tote, Diane von Furstenberg Resort 2016 animal print trench, Donna Mizani Cropped Mock Top and a very reasonably priced (hello, $65.00!) Lucy Paris Polka Dot Skater Skirt.
Tired of the same khaki trench? Apparently, Diane heard all our cries, and introduced a trench that makes a roar of a statement. Black and white classic zebra print makes this a trench you can use to dress us something casual or accentuate a dolled up look.
Gigi's mock turtle neck style sleeveless top Mock featured a stretch, tight fitting silhouette. This top is cropped and includes slightly larger armholes.
Her skirt is an amazingly cute black and white acrylic/cotton blend is an item that could definitely pull double duty in your closet. The unlined skirt measures approx 16" in length which makes it perfect for work and play.
Gigi, who is definitely a sneaker lover, decided on a comfortable classic with the adidas Originals' 'Superstar' sneaks in white. This white leather version feels modern and minimalist, with the label's tonal '3-Stripe' and 'Trefoil' signatures serving as the only embellishments. Pairing them with a skirt makes for an unexpected yet chic combination.
