Whoever said that autumn colors should be muted has never met Jeremy Scott.

Creative director of Moschino, Scott loves kitsch, color, and camp. Dubbed “fashion’s last rebel” by admirers, Scott is known for his use of unique materials (his first collection featured pieces made out of paper hospital gowns). His latest collaboration with adidas reflects his ingenious use of textures. This DIP collection showcases the iconic adidas Forum sneaks covered in jelly-like slime rubber. The line is inspired by early 2000s trends that resembled the brash, perplexing art and culture of the time.

Neon yellow, orange, blue, and hot pink make up the four colors of the velour tracksuit pieces in this collection. Slimy versions of the staple Forum Hi sneakHERs will come in blue, teal, orange, and black while the Forum Low kicks will come in volt (electric yellow-green) and hot pink. The shoes have a ‘dipped’ effect, making the sneakers shine like jelly candy. The collection keeps things playful with a leather + rubber yellow slide, topped with a fuzzy teddy bear on top.

Where can I buy the Jeremy Scott x adidas DIP collection?

You can cop this drippy collection TOMORROW on October 2 at the online adidas store. The Forum Hi and Lo will retail for $160 USD each while the teddy bear slides will run $80 USD. Track suit pieces will range between $90 USD and $150 USD.
