All that is to say that we have realized how important a good sweatsuit has become in our daily lives. Not only that, but the importance of self-care, in any form, has become vital particularly for the sake of our mental health. Here, we’re taking a look at a brand that has created awareness and compiled resources for women of color surrounding mental health and has provided us with a sweatsuit to support the cause.

Sad Girls Club is a non profit 501(c)(3) organization founded to create community and diminish stigma around mental health. The specifically strive to support WOC and the millennial & GenZ population. Through their Soul Sessions that are led by accredited therapists of color, Sad Girls Club provides a cozy space to vent, heal, and grow. Think of these sessions as a form of group therapy that is held digitally with peers around the world.
