Cop or Can: Skylar Diggins Honors Her Mom With Nike Zoom HyperRev

Skylar Diggins's existence may be quite a bit different from our own every days lives (raise your hand if you're a basketball star for the Dallas Wings, a talented athlete, and a Nike endorsed pro...anyone?), but she's in the same book as the rest of us when it comes to one thing: she loves her mama.

As we all get set to celebrate Mom this Mothers Day, Skylar is kicking it up a notch by honoring her beloved mom, Renee, with this special Nike Zoom HyperRev 2016 PE - that's 'Players Edition,' guys. While basketball shoes aren't my go-to sneaks, I do love a sneaker that comes equipped with originality. The shoe features personal details including a special sentiment ("You Do You") printed on the inside of the strap as a reminder of her mother’s dedication and guidance, a small "4 Shug" printed on the opposite strap - which is both a nod to Skylar's jersey number and a reference to the nickname given to her by her mother.
